Each piece is hand made by The Jewel Box Studio. Each is made of the finest semi-precious stones & stringing materials, as well as findings & clasps that are made of high quality sterling silver, gold-filled or copper. All jewelry made with chains are also sterling silver or gold-filled. 14k gold may be ordered for an additional cost. All jewelry is guaranteed & repairs will be made on the clasps & stringing materials within 90 days of your purchase & for a small fee after 90 days.
Shipping:
Each piece of jewelry will arrive in a gift box. You will receive your new jewelry within 10-12 business days. If you need your item earlier, please e-mail me & I will do my best to rush your order. There is a minimum $10.00 shipping fee on all regular necklace orders & a minimum $5.00 shipping fee on earring orders plus additional shipping fees for all overnight or special shipping.
Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may either receive a refund for the amount of the returned item(s) [excluding shipping & handling] or exchange for another item. Your item must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your original order & must be returned in pristine condition with no missing pieces. If you have a credit or debit after your exchange, I will charge or credit your account accordingly.
